- Processing: Give us 2–3 business days to get your order curated and packed. Good things take time, and greatness takes a little longer.
- Delivery: Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the universe (and the carrier). You’ll get a tracking number so you can stalk your package in peace.
- International: We ship worldwide because "Baddie" is a universal language. Please note that customs fees are your responsibility—consider it a small tax for having elite taste.
The Return Policy 💅
We want you to love your purchase, but we have to keep it real:
- Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, all sales of sleep masks and hair accessories are final. We don’t do "pre-loved" vibes here—everyone deserves a fresh start.
- Clothing & Apparel: If your fit isn’t hitting quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery.
- The "Don't Try It" Clause: If we see a makeup stain or smell your perfume on a return, we’re sending it right back to you. No games, just glam.
Damages & Issues 🚨
If your order arrives looking less than paradise-worthy, email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll make it right—because a Baddie never settles for less than perfection.
